Caldwell Raw Cultured Vegetables

Our fermented vegetables are the result of a natural ancestral process called lactic fermentation. They are unpeeled and unpasteurized, and so contain not only the fibres, minerals, vitamins and trace-elements found in freshly-harvested vegetables, but also enzymes, lactic bacteria and lactic acid, which are so vital to your health.

Unique BPA-free vacuum packaging ensures that the products are well preserved, and helps to reduce storage and shipping space. They can be stored chilled or frozen.

The presence of lactic acid ensures that all the original colour, flavour, crunchy texture, and numerous health benefits are retained during freezing and thawing.

SAUERKRAUT

A traditional favourite, only better! Flavoured with juniper berries and caraway seeds, it is fabulous on its own or used in any of your family recipes.

With  old-world flavours of aniseed, tarragon, nutmeg, peppercorns, ginger and cloves. To be eaten "as is" or mixed with fresh vegetables.

SLICED CARROTS
